Arrival and departure (except Monday) can be chosen freely depending on availability.
For short stays of up to 3 nights, a surcharge of 10–20% will be applied.
Check-in from 3:00 pm, Check-out by 9:30 am at the latest.
Payment conditions
To confirm your booking, a deposit of 20–30% of the total amount is required. Please transfer it to:

The remaining balance can be paid in cash or by card on arrival or departure.
Cancellation policy:
Up to 6 weeks before arrival: The deposit will be refunded or can be used for a later stay.
From 6 weeks before arrival: The deposit will be retained.
If the apartment cannot be re-rented:
4 weeks before arrival: 80% of the total amount will be charged.
1 week before arrival: 100% of the total amount will be charged.
In case of late arrival or early departure, the full booked period will be charged.
