ALL-INCLUSIVE PRICES: Final cleaning, washing of all laundry for the beds, bathroom, and kitchen, consumption of electricity and water, heating, free WLAN in all apartments, crib and high chair, and free admission to the "Seebad Klughammer" bathing facilities (2 min. walking).
Prices shown will from 01.01.2014 be charged for a tourist tax of euro 2,50 per person per day (aged 14 years and over), payable on departure. The proceeds of the tourist tax are used for maintenance of the infrastructure, for the improvement of services and for the organization of cultural and sporting events.
NO COMPULSORY CHECK-OUT at the end of the week: You can freely choose your day of arrival and day of departure (the daily rate is simply the weekly rate divided by seven). In the case of short stays of three days or less, there is a 10 to 20% surcharge.
Charge for children under seven years: € 98,00 per week.
Well-behaved dogs are also welcome (surcharge of € 98,00 per week).
General conditions
Normally, you can check in and start using your apartment at 3 p.m. Upon request and if possible, it is also possible to check in earlier. All guests are requested to vacate their apartments by 9:30 a.m. on the day of their departure, unless agreed with the caretaker of our house.
Modes of payment: At time of booking reservations, an advance payment from € 150,00 to € 600,00 in the form of a bank transfer to our account is required:

We hope that you'll understand that your reservation can be regarded as binding only after receipt of your advance payment. The remainder is payable upon your departure.
Cancellation: will be only accepted in written form. If we receive the cancellation 6 weeks before your arrival, your deposit will be refunded If we receive the cancellation within 6 weeks before the arrival, the deposit will not be refunded. In case we cannot rent the apartments to someone else, for cancellation received within 4 weeks before the arrival date we charge 80% of the total amount, for cancellation received within 1 week before the arrival date we charge 100% of the total amount.
