Normally, you can check in and start using your apartment at 3 p.m. Upon request and if possible, it is also possible to check in earlier. All guests are requested to vacate their apartments by 9:30 a.m. on the day of their departure.

We hope that you'll understand that your reservation can be regarded as binding only after receipt of your advance payment. The remainder is payable upon your departure in Kaltern.

"Cancellation:" will be only accepted in written form. If we receive the cancellation 8 weeks before your arrival, we'll return your advance payment back with a little storno amount of € 20,00.- If we receive the cancellation after the 8. week, the advance payment is ours. If the apartments at the time of cancellation 4 weeks before stay empty, we calculate 80%, 1 week before 100% of the total amount. In the case of late arrivals or early departures, however, we must charge you for the entire period you have reserved.
